General Requirements: Establish factory control system based on the documentary requirements of ISO 9001 to ensure that products placed on the market are consistent with the performance parameters declared by the manufacturer. The FPC system shall include procedure documents, inspection specifications, product testing, sampling and verification records. Inspection results shall be used for product quality control, production process documents and production flow charts.

Personnel: Welders certificates and welding operator certificates complying with European standards.

Equipment: Metrology and calibration of weighing equipment, inspection equipment and test equipment, controlled by procedure documents.

Structures: Design processes, assessment of design calculations and verification of compliance with European standards.

Constituent materials (raw materials): Material certificates or material documentation.

Material specifications: Specify essential performance requirements, essential performance verification and relevant records.

Final product inspection.

Non-conforming product handling procedure.

The factory shall provide Initial Type Testing reports, which can be carried out in-house or by a third-party laboratory.

Welding system qualification: Documentation including welding procedures (WPQR/WPAR).
