Reliability Testing

Reliability Testing refers to simulating the actual use, transportation and storage environments of products throughout their full life cycle, so as to test the capacity of products to perform specified functions under specified conditions within specified timeframes. Its core is to verify the product’s stability, durability and failure resistance. It is widely applied in industries including electrical and electronics, automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, medical devices and more.

Main Test Categories

    • Common test items: Accelerated Life Test (ALT), constant stress test, step stress test, fatigue life test.
