General Requirements: Establish factory control system on the basis of ISO 9001 document requirements to ensure that products placed on the market are consistent with the performance parameters declared by the manufacturer. The FPC system shall consist of procedure documents, inspection specifications, product tests, sampling and verification records. Inspection results shall be used for product quality control, production process documents and production flow charts.

Personnel: Welder certificates and welding operator certificates complying with EU standards.

Equipment: Metrology and calibration of weighing equipment, inspection equipment and test equipment, controlled by procedure documents.

Structures: Design processes, evaluation of design calculations, evaluation of compliance with European standards.

Constituent Materials (Raw Materials): Material certificates or material documentation.

Material Specifications: Specify basic performance requirements, basic performance verification and relevant records.

Final product inspection.

Non-conforming product handling procedure.

The factory shall provide internal Initial Type Testing reports, which can be conducted in-house or by third-party laboratories.

Welding System Qualification: Documentation including welding procedures (WPQR/WPAR).
