On-site installation and acceptance of industrial equipment and products constitute core links to guarantee stable equipment operation. Activities shall follow the principles of "Safety & Compliance, Standards First, Full-process Control and Closed-loop Data Management", covering key nodes throughout the whole procedure.
Organize technical disclosure among Party A, Party B and the supervisor to clarify drawings, parameters and progress, and review the Installation Implementation Plan. Verify site space, load-bearing capacity, power supply and other conditions, confirm that foundation embedded parts and earthing system meet requirements, clean up the site and demarcate safety zones. Prepare hoisting equipment, measuring instruments and other tools. Operators shall hold valid certificates such as electrician certificates and complete pre-job training.
Check equipment model, quantity and attachments upon arrival, inspect appearance and accompanying technical documents, and sign the Equipment Arrival Acceptance Form. Position and level equipment in accordance with drawings to keep deviations within specified limits. Electrical connection shall follow the principle of "Power-off Operation and Point-by-point Verification", and tightness test shall be carried out for hydraulic systems. The supervisor shall conduct on-site witnessing throughout the process. Special acceptance shall be performed for key processes; fill in the Process Quality Checklist and retain photographic records.
Carry out no-load standalone commissioning first to inspect operating status such as rotating speed and temperature, as well as functions including start-stop control. Production line equipment shall undergo linkage trial operation to verify coordination and load capacity. Rectification plans shall be formulated for problems identified during commissioning, and repeated testing shall be conducted until compliance is achieved after rectification.
Acceptance shall be based on procurement contracts, technical agreements, manufacturer manuals and national / industrial standards such as GB/T 50231, combined with installation records and commissioning reports.
Visual acceptance checks installation layout, coating integrity and legibility of markings. Performance acceptance verifies operating parameters, load stability and energy consumption. Safety acceptance tests protective devices, insulation, earthing and alarm systems. Document acceptance reviews the completeness of drawings, reports and other documents.
After Party B submits the Acceptance Application and supporting documents, a three-party acceptance team shall conduct item-by-item verification. If all requirements are met, the Acceptance Certificate shall be signed for handover. For non-compliance, rectification items and deadlines shall be specified, and handover will be arranged upon passing re-inspection. The warranty period shall be agreed after acceptance, and after-sales responsibilities of Party B shall be clarified.
In terms of safety, working at height and live-line operations require dedicated supervision, and safety regulations shall be implemented throughout the whole process. In terms of data, written records shall be formed for all links and signed by three parties to retain traceability evidence. In terms of personnel, Party B shall provide training for operators of Party A after acceptance to ensure independent operation capability.
Safety First: Safety regulations shall be strictly implemented throughout the whole installation and acceptance process. Dedicated supervisors shall be assigned for working at height and live-line operations.
Data Traceability: Written records shall be generated for all acceptance procedures and confirmed with signatures of the three parties, serving as evidence for subsequent dispute settlement.
Personnel Training: Upon completion of acceptance, Party B shall provide training on equipment operation and maintenance for operators of Party A to ensure they are capable of independent operation.
