ATC Successfully Held Professional Training on Commodity After-sales Service on April 14, 2019
On April 14, 2019, ATC organized a one-day professional training course on commodity after-sales service. The training mainly covered an overview of service certification, service certification procedures, service certification schemes, certification scopes, certification criteria and certification systems.
This training deepened the professional understanding of service certification examiners on the Evaluation System for After-sales Service of Commodity and ensured consistency in audits against this system carried out by examiners.
