Notice on Holding Training for Service Certification Auditors

Relevant Organizations:

To actively promote the development of service certification industry, the China Certification & Accreditation Administration Association (CCAA) has formulated and issued the Rules for the Registration of Service Certification Auditors and the Training Course Syllabus for Service Certification Auditors. To meet the demands of all sectors of society and accelerate the development of service certification in China, ATC Testing & Certification (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ATC) will organize training courses covering General Knowledge for Service Certification Auditors and Professional Knowledge of Commodity After-sales Service. Relevant arrangements are notified as follows:

I. Target Trainees

Persons-in-charge engaged in service audit work at certification bodies, enterprises and public institutions, or relevant personnel who intend to become national registered auditors of CCAA.

II. Training Contents

General Knowledge: Development trend of service industry; service-related theories and technologies; service laws, regulations and other requirements; service certification technologies; China’s service certification and accreditation system and administration of service certification auditors.

Professional Knowledge for Commodity After-sales Service Certification: Interpretation, implementation and key audit points of GB/T 27922-2011.

III. Trainers

Senior instructors confirmed by CCAA with rich teaching and audit experience will deliver lectures.

V. Training Certificates

Our company adopts the CCAA-approved "General Knowledge Training Course for Service Certification Auditors". Trainees who pass the evaluation will be issued the CCAA-approved General Knowledge Training Qualification Certificate for Service Certification Auditors and Professional Knowledge Training Qualification Certificate for Commodity After-sales Service. An on-site examination will be held during the training; those who pass the exam may register as Commodity After-sales Service Certification Auditors.

VI. Registration Requirements
Trainees who complete the General Knowledge Training Course for Service Certification Auditors and Professional Training Course for Commodity After-sales Service Certification Auditors and pass the evaluation examination organized by our company may apply for registration as service certification auditors with the training qualification certificates. Applicants shall also meet relevant requirements specified in the CCAA Rules for the Registration of Service Certification Auditors. For detailed provisions, please refer to the CCAA Rules for the Registration of Service Certification Auditors.
(1) Education Requirements

Applicants shall hold a college diploma or above recognized by the state.

(2) Work Experience

Applicants with a college diploma shall possess no less than 6 years of full-time work experience;

Applicants with a bachelor’s degree shall possess no less than 4 years of full-time work experience;

Applicants with a master’s degree or above shall possess no less than 2 years of full-time work experience;

Applicants for Senior Auditor shall possess no less than 8 years of full-time work experience;

Work experience shall be obtained in technical, professional or management positions with judgment responsibilities.

(3) Professional Work Experience

Auditor applicants shall have at least 2 years of professional work experience. Professional work experience refers to experience engaged in theories, technologies, measurement, evaluation, management and other work related to service provision. Professional work experience and general work experience may overlap.

VII. Registration Method

Personnel intending to participate in the training shall fax or email the Trainee Registration Receipt to our company one week before the training starts. We will send the official admission notice by letter, and participants shall bring a copy of their ID card upon registration.
